I found my way into service via strategy consulting. After an Economics Master's degree and various internships ranging from corporate and consulting to private equity, I decided to join Roland Berger. There I was lucky enough to have Simon as one of my first project managers. Since then, he has infected me with his enthusiasm and passion for service. During my time at Roland Berger, as part of the Service Excellence Practice, I was able to work on a number of other exciting projects in the service environment. When Simon asked me after I left Roland Berger whether I would be interested in developing the service further together, I didn't have to think twice - and I've been very happy to be part of the team ever since.
At the beginning of 2022, I moved to Stockholm to be with my girlfriend. Even though my own cooking skills are rather limited, I am passionate about trying out new restaurants. I also enjoy playing sports, especially with my volleyball team. And during the cold season, I can quickly get to a snowboarding slope from Stockholm.
As a Senior Consultant, I support our consulting projects in the service environment - from data analysis, interviews and workshops to documenting the results. I am particularly in my element when modeling business cases. When I'm not working on a project, I find it exciting to develop ServiceLobby in other areas.
