With our online courses, you have the option of organizing the content in a way that best suits your day-to-day work. You can also determine the focus yourself. Specifically, you can skip topics that you already know and you can look at particularly relevant topics several times. The online format allows you to save on the course price and travel & accommodation costs as well as on the time you have to spend on the course. As a guide: the content of a course in the "Masterclass" category would take approximately 2-4 days to complete as a face-to-face event.

You can currently only purchase our courses on account. The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail after purchase. If you are ordering from outside the EU, we must check your entrepreneurial status before concluding the purchase contract and sending the invoice.
You can either purchase the courses individually or as part of our Premium Access payment model. With Premium Access, you can purchase all Academy courses for €300 per employee per year. The offer is valid from 5 registered employees of a company. Please contact us for this via academy@service-lobby.com.

Yes, we also offer the option of purchasing our courses individually. In this case you have 90 days to complete the course. You can find our range of courses and the purchase options here: https://academy.service-lobby.com/kurskatalog/.

No. An internet connection is required to watch the videos.

As soon as we have received your payment, we will activate you for the purchased course. Once the transfer has been initiated by your company, you should usually be activated within the next 2-3 working days.

We try to check the entrepreneurial status as quickly as possible. The speed depends on the respective local conditions. For orders from Switzerland, we usually complete the check within one working day, often even on the same working day.

The VAT ID is required for correct invoicing when purchasing from outside Germany.

Where you can find your company's VAT ID depends on the legal requirements in the country in which you are based. Possible options are the imprint of the website, your email signature or invoices. If in doubt, your accounting department will be able to provide you with information on this.
