As a graduate in social sciences with subsequent training as a PR professional, I fell into the service sector by chance and now feel very comfortable there. There is a wide variety of topics in this promising field and I look forward to discussing this diversity on a broad level with friends, followers and partners. At PRpetuum GmbH in Munich, I learned my trade primarily in communications relating to infrastructure projects and public sector clients. Since ServiceLobby was born in February 2019 (back then as a website project), I have also been able to learn about service issues from one of the greatest masters in the field: my brother. Advancing service and his ServiceLobby has since become my passion.
Privately, I can be found on the gliding field, high in the clouds or in the forests around Reutlingen. I am also interested in ancient and medieval history, philosophy and learning foreign languages. I also like to experiment in the kitchen.
In the ServiceLobby, I am responsible for our Insights, where we regularly provide interesting articles for our growing number of readers. I also run our service podcast, which we distribute via Spotify and other platforms.
