Head of Products & Processes Customer Service

Once service - always service has been my motto for 20 years, as I have spent my entire professional life in service. Serving customers is my passion, which is why I like the good old term "customer service" so much.

 

Immediately after completing my dual degree in mechanical engineering, I started my career at Alfred Kärcher SE & Co. KG and was able to get to know and shape all facets of the service business of an international group in B2B and B2C business for over 15 years.

As head of the service department at Schweitzer-Chemie GmbH, I was able to expand my experience in field service and support the introduction of a service management system.

Today, I am responsible for Products & Processes in the Customer Service department at Harro Höfliger Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH. In addition to product management in service, the topics of training documentation and training, my tasks include processes and digitization as well as the international expansion of Customer Service. As the basis for this expansion, we are currently driving forward the rollout of our ERP solution in the subsidiaries.

As an expert in service and aftersales, I am pleased to be able to contribute my broad practical experience in the development and internationalization of service organizations, digitalization, technical support, field service as well as series and special machine construction to the ServiceLobby.
